Favorite Bible Verse:
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own intelligence do not rely; In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
What is your best money habit?
I have a daily “money minute” when I check to see how we’re sticking to our spending plan. It keeps us on track and isn’t a hard habit to stick to!

Jennifer Ibarra
Business Manager
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from UNLV in 2005 and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Angelo State University in 2009. Prior to working at Compass Catholic, Jenny worked in an accounting firm and at a pregnancy resource center. She is passionate about integrating her faith into all aspects of her life and is excited to be part of a team that is focused on sharing the message of financial discipleship.
Jenny and her husband have six children. As a family, they love playing board games, doing art projects, and going camping.
Favorite Bible Verse:
“Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-7)
What does financial discipleship mean to you?
To me, financial discipleship means following God’s wisdom and direction in how we handle our finances. It is surrendering the power and control of money into God’s hands and recognizing that we are stewards of the gifts that we have received. It helps us to grow in trusting the Lord and really allows us to experience the peace and freedom that comes from living within God’s will.

Natasha Conrad
Administrative Assistant
Natasha is a Brazilian only child, former dentist, wife, and mother to two. She is a charismatic missionary consecrated to Jesus through the Blessed Virgin Mary and has lived in the US for 7 years. She deeply loves Our Lady of Good Success (from Quito, Ecuador), the Blessed Sacrament, and worshiping God in Adoration, plus she loves nature, animals, outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
What makes Natasha’s eyes shine and her heart burn is to talk about the Lord and His singular love and mercy for each one of us. Two of her favorite Saints are St Padre Pio of Pietrelcina and St Faustina.
Favorite Bible verse: Is 40, 31*
Isaiah 40:31 “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Why is this Ministry important to you?
This Ministry is very important to me because it not only teaches me how to manage money right and grow but also and especially how to manage it right by sanctifying it, I mean, using money according to the Lord’s will and in a manner that will please Him and make His kingdom happen here as I help and love my neighbor.

Why is this ministry important to you?
This ministry is important to me because everyone should be able to know that they have enough money for now and the foreseeable future. This ministry will assist you in becoming debt free.

What is your best money habit?
Automatic savings. Life is busy and setting money aside can be challenging. I have set up an automatic transfer into my savings account after each pay period. This allows me to focus on my spending plan and enjoy watching my savings grow.

Favorite Bible Verse:
“The human heart plans the way. But the Lord directs the steps.” Proverbs 16:9
What does Financial Discipleship mean to you?
Financial discipleship is the faithfulness of an individual to view their earthly possessions as the Lord’s and the discipline to manage them as such. The cool thing about discipleship is there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. We all bring unique skills, backgrounds, and resources to the body of Christ, so the way we live this out will look differently.

Ambassador, Content Development
Victoria is an Ambassador of Content Development for Compass Catholic. She lives in the Boston suburbs with her husband. She runs a blog called ConsumerCatholic.com and a podcast, Treasures in Heaven.
Favorite Bible Verse:
John 17:24: “Father, they are your gift to me. I wish that where I am they also may be with me, that they may see my glory that you gave me, because you loved me before the foundation of the world.”
What is your best money habit?
Spending within our means.
